About the Position

Travel RN – Psych/Behavioral Health – Day/Night Shift

Location: Nashville, TN 37214
Job Type: Full-Time Contract
Contract: July 10, 2026 – July 8, 2028
Shifts Available: Day (6:30 AM–7:30 PM) & Night (6:30 PM–7:30 AM)

Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, high-quality patient care following physician orders and nursing protocols.
• Administer medications and monitor patient responses.
• Assess patient conditions and respond quickly to clinical changes.
• Maintain accurate patient documentation and medical records.
• Collaborate with physicians and the healthcare team to achieve the best patient outcomes.

Requirements

Mandatory Requirements to Apply

• Active Tennessee RN License or Compact (NLC) License
• Minimum 1 year of RN experience OR Nursing Degree/Diploma from an accredited program
• Current BLS Certification
• Strong clinical, communication, and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work a rotating 3-3 schedule
• No agency time-off requests accepted (must be approved by the facility)
