Registered Nurse (RN) - Med Surg Tele

RN Medical Surgical, Cardiac Telemetry, Stroke Neuro, Step-Down ICU and ICU

Schedule: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM

Assignment Details:

• Contract Weeks: 13
• Guaranteed Hours: 36

Requirements:

• Current IL License
• CPR Certification
• ACLS Certification
• NIHSS Certification
• Extensive Cardiac experience
• ICU experience required, with willingness to float to Medical Surgical if needed
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (education verification required)

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Utilize the nursing process and collaborate with interdisciplinary team members in caring for patients.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments according to established policies and procedures.
• Document patient care according to standards.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individual patient care plans in collaboration with physicians and healthcare team.
• Participate in performance improvement activities.
• Provide clinical expertise and guidance to other units as needed.
