Our teams deliver the Holman Experience by treating our customers and each other as we would like to be treated, and creating positive, rewarding relationships all around.****The automotive markets Holman serves include fleet management and leasing; vehicle fabrication and upfitting; component manufacturing and productivity solutions; powertrain distribution and logistics services; commercial and personal insurance and risk management; and retail automotive sales as one of the largest privately owned dealership groups in the United States.**Holman Lincoln has an outstanding opportunity for an Assistant Service Advisor to join their team and the Holman Family!**Job Duties:*** Welcome customers and ensure they receive prompt, courteous and effective service* Interact with customers via phone or in person to determine service needs and prioritize required services* Use a consultative approach to educate customers on services and products* Serve as a liaison between technicians and customers* Provide administrative support to Service Advisors* Follow up with all service customers when their assigned advisor is absent* Continue to train alongside experienced advisors to gain knowledge of skills needed to become a successful advisor* Complete and maintain all company and dealer training requirements for the advisor position**Education and/or Training:*** High School Diploma or equivalent* Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to work within a team* Valid driver’s license and a good driving record**Relevant Work Experience:*** 2+ years’ experience in administrative services or related fields#LI-GC1**At Holman, we exist to provide rewarding careers and better lives for employees and their families.
