Senior Content Editor - AI Content Strategy & CMS Migration

We’re seeking a Senior Content Editor to support a team dedicated to transforming HR content for our client, a global organization providing employee services, benefits, and technology. This temporary on-site role is based in SEA and ARL locations. It offers a unique chance to contribute to innovative content management projects in a dynamic environment. Senior Content Editor Responsibilities Review and update content to ensure readiness for migration, coordinating with content owners. Participate in testing and validating content migration to the new platform, ensuring accuracy and proper metadata assignment. Contribute to developing strategies for transforming long-form content into reusable fragments, including testing and sign-off. Help create and refine style guidelines, content standards, and identify opportunities for optimization, especially for AI applications. Collaborate with global stakeholders to manage content updates, identify workflow improvements, and ensure timely publication. Senior Content Editor Qualifications Over 4 years of experience managing content within systems such as Adobe Experience Manager or Contentful. At least 2 years of project management experience. Excellent writing and editing skills with a focus on content for AI applications. Proficiency with content management systems and understanding of content architecture and models. Demonstrated success in learning complex business processes, making sound judgments, and managing multiple stakeholder needs in a fast-paced environment.
