Job Description
Part Time Evening Trash Collector - Valet Trash Porter | Mount Dora, FL 32757
Got a pickup truck and a free evening? Turn it into steady route income. Community Concierge Services is hiring part time Trash Collectors (Porters) to run doorstep valet trash routes at an apartment community in Mount Dora, FL. This evening job pays $35 per night depending on your assigned route - and most nights you're done in 1 hour!
What makes this side hustle different:
- Quick shifts, real pay - routes average about 1 hour
- A schedule you can plan around - Sundays beginning at 6:00 PM; Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday beginning at 7:00 PM, until your route is complete
- Paid training - no prior experience needed to start
- Opportunities for advancement for reliable porters
- Work solo - no register, no customers, no supervisor over your shoulder
A night on the route:
Each evening, you'll arrive at your assigned apartment community and collect bagged trash and recycling that residents set outside their doors. Expect plenty of stairs and steps - this is an active, on-your-feet role. You'll load the bags into the bed of your truck, drive them to the property's compactor or dumpsters, and head home. Simple, repeatable, and done before most people finish their evening.
Requirements to apply:
- Open-bed pickup truck for hauling collected trash on the property
- Smartphone with an active data plan for check-ins and route updates
- Physical ability to carry up to 50 lbs unassisted and handle stairs nightly
- Dependable evening availability on a set schedule: Sundays beginning at 6:00 PM; Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday beginning at 7:00 PM, until completion
This gig work is a great fit if you're searching for:
A part time job, evening or night job, second job, weekend-friendly side gig, or extra income after your 9-to-5. Popular with students, retirees, rideshare and delivery drivers, landscapers, tradespeople, and anyone in Mount Dora with a truck who wants consistent pay without long hours.
Location: Onsite at an apartment community in Mount Dora, FL 32757
Routes are assigned on a first-come basis - apply now to claim yours.
