Pay, Schedule, and Location

• Pay $60,000-$65,000/yearly
• Excellent benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision
• All shifts available
• Located in Islandia, NY

Duties and Responsibilities

• Supervise daily quality control operations and staff
• Conduct inspections and audits to ensure compliance with quality standards
• Monitor production and warehouse processes for accuracy and consistency
• Investigate quality issues and implement corrective actions
• Maintain quality documentation, reports, and records
• Train and support employees on quality and safety procedures
• Collaborate with operations and warehouse teams to improve processes
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements

Requirements and Qualifications

• Previous quality control or quality assurance experience required
• Supervisory or leadership experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse or manufacturing environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and quality reporting systems preferred
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlinesx
