- Pay $60,000-$65,000/yearly
- Excellent benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision
- All shifts available
- Located in Islandia, NY
- Supervise daily quality control operations and staff
- Conduct inspections and audits to ensure compliance with quality standards
- Monitor production and warehouse processes for accuracy and consistency
- Investigate quality issues and implement corrective actions
- Maintain quality documentation, reports, and records
- Train and support employees on quality and safety procedures
- Collaborate with operations and warehouse teams to improve processes
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
- Previous quality control or quality assurance experience required
- Supervisory or leadership experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse or manufacturing environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and quality reporting systems preferred
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlinesx
