We are seeking a customer-focused Level 1 Help Desk Technician to support business users in a fast-paced environment. This role works a 4-day, 10-hour schedule over the weekend and is ideal for a passionate team player who enjoys solving technical challenges and delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Provide first-level technical support to end users via phone, email, and ticketing systems.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, application, and account access issues.
• Support Microsoft Windows environments, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and business applications.
• Assist with user account administration, device setup, and general desktop support.
• Document incidents, resolutions, and escalate issues when necessary.
• Deliver a positive customer experience while maintaining strong communication with users and team members.

Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of experience in a Help Desk, Service Desk, or Desktop Support role.
• Experience supporting business users in an office environment.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft domain environments, Windows OS, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and desktop support concepts.
• Strong troubleshooting, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly and adapt to changing priorities.
