I am looking for the right person to train in customer service and how to sell State Farm Insurance products. This will require getting a General Lines Property and Casualty license to start.
The right person will be money-motivated, a self-starter and a strong desire to make more than an average salary by earning unlimited commissions.

This is a great opportunity for the right person and can be a very lucrative career. You will start by answering phone calls, making policy changes, etc... Once you have an understanding of the system, you will then be promoted to sales, where we offer a base salary + commissions. Again, you MUST be in or near Buffalo, Texas or within daily drive time.


The right person will enjoy talking to people, taking calls, accepting and posting payments, making policy changes when needed and discussing insurance needs and how we can better protect them.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about State Farm insurance products
• Develop leads, make calls from internet leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
• Follow word tracks for best results and increased sales
• Willingness to learn and motivated by money

QUALIFICATIONS

BENEFITS:

• Base salary + commission
• Commission is uncapped and the more you sell, the higher the commission % increases
• Paid time off (vacation and personal/sick days) (after 90 day probationary period)

Compensation: $30,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
