The Radiation Therapist Supervisor works to develop and maintain a high performing team of therapists that meets organizational and department goals. Assures that safe and proper operation and maintenance of the treatment equipment, techniques, and procedures are performed according to department policies. Continual oversight regarding staff performance and the mentoring of the radiation therapist team.You'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.Required Qualifications:BA or BS DegreeMust maintain and complete continuing education in applicable areas to ensure competency is maintainedRegistered by the American Registry of Radiological Technology (ARRT)Licensed by the Department of Health as Medical Radiological TechnologistCPR Certified5+ years performing as a Radiation Therapist2+ years of leadership experienceClinical Judgement and knowledge of radiation therapy practices and radiation safetyDemonstrated ability to multi-task as a clinical leaderProven excellent verbal and written communication, and interpersonal skillsProven highly organized and goal orientedProven basic computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook emailProven flexibility of work schedule requiredProven presentation skill setProven problem solving and analytical skillsProven professional appearanceDriver's License and access to a reliable transportationPreferred Qualifications:2+ years of experience as a Lead Radiation Therapist2+ years of experience operating a True Beam Linear Accelerator, CT Simulator and VisionRT or OSMS2+ years of experience working with AriaPay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
