Joey B's Food & Drink | Concord, NC
Join our dynamic team at Joey B's Food & Drink, a lively sports bar known for its delicious food and welcoming atmosphere. As a ToGo Assistant, you'll play a crucial role in managing our takeout service, ensuring that every order is perfect and delivered with a smile. If you're passionate about providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment, this position is for you!
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the ToGo food business to ensure efficient operations.
- Take accurate orders from customers, both by telephone and in person.
- Organize food orders and deliver them to guests in a timely manner.
- Follow all processes and procedures to accommodate ToGo orders effectively.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality role preferred.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
Schedule
Full-time availability required, including evenings and weekends.
