As our Production Supervisor, you’ll lead the team to meet production targets while ensuring high-quality standards and smooth operations. You’ll be the problem-solver, the go-to person who keeps things running like clockwork, and the one who inspires your team to give their best every day. What You’ll Be Doing (And Thriving Every Minute of It): Oversee daily production, ensuring your line targets are met on time while maintaining top-notch quality. Lead a crew of awesome people, providing guidance, training, and positive energy to get the job done right. Identify and solve production roadblocks before they become problems that derail everything. Keep everyone on your team working in a safe, healthy environment, no more dodging safety issues. Work with quality control, maintenance, and logistics to make sure everything runs seamlessly. Monitor key metrics, share results with senior management, and always be on the lookout for ways to improve. Use lean manufacturing principles to drive process enhancements and reduce waste. What We’re Looking For: 3+ years in manufacturing or production, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role. A strong understanding of assembly processes, production schedules, and workflow optimization. Proven leadership skills to inspire and motivate your team, no more dealing with uninspiring bosses! Lean manufacturing experience or continuous improvement experience is a huge plus. A commitment to safety and ensuring your team works in a positive and protected environment.
