Practice Coordinator

Coordinates the daily operations of a psychiatry practice and assists with outpatient-wide programing for population and behavioral health initiatives. How you'll contribute: Trains providers and staff on Athena as it pertains to their roles. Ensures optimal schedule adherence. Address patient and staff issues timely. Oversees daily operations of designated clinic(s) in collaboration with Market Director or Market Manager. Ensure the day-to-day operations of the practice run smoothly, safely and efficiently, policies and procedures are maintained and adhered to. Assists in supervising assigned staff under the management of a practice manager/director. Oversee supply management, billing process, master schedules, staffing needs, timecard edits, competencies, facility and IT needs, data tracking and presentation, facilitates good communication inside and outside of the clinic, assists in other clinic roles as needed, other duties as assigned.
