About the Role:

CARE 4 SOUL INC is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to join our team in Columbus, OH. Responsibilities:

Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, and dressing

Provide companionship and emotional support to clients and their families

Administer medication reminders and monitor client health conditions

Assist with light housekeeping, laundry, and errands

Transport clients to appointments and community activities

Document and report changes in client condition or behavior to supervisors

Requirements:

Previous caregiving, home health aide, or personal care experience preferred

Genuine compassion and patience when working with elderly or disabled individuals

Reliable transportation and valid driver's license preferred

Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

CPR/First Aid certification is a plus

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
