We are seeking a compassionate, dedicated, and skilled Psychotherapist to join our multidisciplinary team. Our practice has a strong referral base with generally motivated clients. The ideal candidate will provide mental health services to individuals, couples, and families, facilitating positive mental health outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify the mental health needs of clients and develop tailored treatment plans.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), EMDR, and other modalities to foster client growth (or willing to obtain certification within the first year).
• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, ensuring a supportive and safe environment for all participants.
• Monitor client progress, adjust treatment plans as necessary, and maintain accurate and confidential client records.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide integrated care and address clients' holistic needs.
• Stay current with advancements in psychotherapy practices and participate in ongoing professional development.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

Required:

• Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field.
• Active licensure as a Professional Counselor, Clinicial Social Worker, or Marriage/Family Therapist.
• Strong knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic approaches and mental health best practices.

Preferred:

• Experience working with diverse populations and a variety of mental health issues.
• Familiarity with teletherapy practices and virtual therapy platforms.
• Certification in specialized therapeutic techniques

Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies

• Proficient in using electronic health record (EHR) systems for patient management.
• Experience with telehealth platforms and remote therapy tools.
• Knowledge of data privacy regulations and ethical standards in mental health care.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients effectively.
• Empathy and active listening skills to foster a supportive therapeutic environment.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage a caseload efficiently.
