Finisher

Position: O'Keefe Millwork is seeking an experienced Finisher to join our team. Job Responsibilities: Prepares product for finishing by sanding surfaces and quality checking for cracks or holes Applies a variety of finishes to achieve high-end finished products Sprays stain, finish, and mixes custom color Handles multiple priorities with a high degree of accuracy, attention to detail, and urgency Performs touch-up repairs as necessary Must Have Skills: Experience with sanding wood and painting using lacquer, urethane, and polyester finishes Detail-oriented and works well in a fast-paced environment. Self-motivated and demonstrates an ability to meet deadlines and perform work with minimal supervision. Basic knowledge of measuring and calculating dimensions of a project using a tape measure and calculator Reliably commute to our River Falls, WI office. Position will be located onsite in River Falls a short commute from Minneapolis/St. Paul Metro area.
