Job Summary We are seeking a compassionate, professional, and highly skilled Licensed Massage Therapist to join our growing luxury wellness team. Job Structure Contract-to-hire after 90 days, expected Hours: 20-30 hours per week Compensation & Benefits $38 per hands‑on service hour 10% service commission 100% gratuity retained by therapist Membership and wellness package incentives Employee discounts on wellness and aesthetic services Opportunities for growth within a luxury wellness brand Key Responsibilities Ability to bring and set up your own massage equipment for off‑site events Provide high‑quality massage therapy services in a tranquil, spa‑like setting Perform client consultations and assessments to determine appropriate treatment approaches Integrate complementary therapies such as deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy when appropriate Educate clients on energy healing principles, self‑care, and wellness practices Maintain clear, accurate, and respectful documentation of client sessions and progress Uphold cleanliness, safety, professionalism, and energetic integrity of treatment spaces Collaborate with other wellness professionals to support comprehensive, client‑centered care Assist with planning, booking, and scheduling client and member appointments as needed Stay informed on developments in holistic health, pain management, and related wellness practices Perform other duties as assigned to support clinic operations and the client experience Required Qualifications Active South Carolina Massage Therapy License Professional liability insurance Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a team‑oriented luxury environment Commitment to professionalism, hospitality, and client‑centered care Preferred Qualifications Therapeutic massage Lymphatic drainage massage Pregnancy massage Sports recovery Reiki or energy work Head spa treatments Wellness‑focused bodywork Luxury spa environments Physical Requirements Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to: 15 lbs. regularly 25 lbs. frequently 50 lbs. occasionally Ability to perform massage and bodywork services for extended periods of time up to 15 hours per week if necessary Why Join AURĀE This is an opportunity to grow organically, deepen your practice, and become part of a wellness community that values presence, intention, and sustainability.
