Maintenance Technician - 2nd Shift

Location: Dayton, OH Job Overview: A manufacturing facility is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support equipment uptime across mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems. This role supports both troubleshooting and preventative maintenance activities. Key Responsibilities:

- Troubleshoot and repair production machinery.
- Perform preventative maintenance on mechanical and electrical systems.
- Diagnose issues with motors, pumps, bearings, and conveyors.
- Read schematics and follow maintenance procedures.
- Assist with equipment installations and improvements.
- 2-4 years industrial maintenance experience.
- Basic understanding of PLC-controlled equipment.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work independently on shift.
