Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member
As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Jason Bryant - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. Responsibilities: Manage customer accounts and update information in the database. Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries. Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status. Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
Qualifications: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
Compensation: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year.

- Our mission is to help people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected and realize their dreams.
- Our office is located in 1910 Highway 200 SE, Suite 200; Conyers, GA 30013.
- Our office is open 9 AM - 5 PM Mondays through Fridays and Saturdays from 9 AM - 12 Noon.
- We have 57 years of combined insurance experience in our office.
