Quick Service Restaurant Operations & Marketing Manager

Willie B's Chicken Coupe is a brand-new chicken tender restaurant concept, operating 2 restaurants in Athens, Georgia.

We’re seeking an energetic, Multi-Unit Manager, local to Athens, GA, to lead 2 restaurant locations. Manager will drive operational excellence, team development and grass roots, boots on the ground marketing through community outreach. Responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, achieving financial goals, developing managers and executing local marketing initiatives that increase brand awareness and revenue. Qualifications

• Experience in multi-unit QSR operations, including responsibility for driving sales growth and operational performance.
• Proven ability to analyze financial and operational reports and work with Brand manager and store managers to translate insights into practical action plans.
• Strong leadership skills with experience coaching, developing, and holding teams accountable
• Knowledge of QSR best practices, including food safety, cleanliness standards, service speed, and labor and inventory management.
• Comfort with technology, including POS systems, scheduling tools, basic Excel or spreadsheet analysis, and communication platforms.
• Ability to work in a hybrid model bouncing between above restaurant management and local store marketing.
