Observe and document patients’ responses to pertinent medications. Admit, transfer, and discharge residents as required. Chart all reports of accidents/incidents involving residents. Follow established procedures. Ensure narcotic records are accurate for your shift. Notify DON of all drug and narcotic discrepancies.
