The successful candidate will demonstrate a broad skill set balanced between interpersonal and technical capabilities achieving sustainable quality products. They will have a track record as an effective communicator and problem solver who is able to develop and maintain good working relationships with internal and external stakeholders. The selected candidates will participate in the entire software development lifecycle with a concentration in software engineering. The candidates will work closely with other software developers accomplishing the following:Complete work independently and as a part of an Agile teamSupport team in completing necessary software on scheduleSolve complex problems through innovative and creative solutionsCollaborate with software designers and/or software engineers in the planning, design, development, and utilization of software systemsRegularly demonstrate progress to customersBasic Qualifications for an Engineer Software:Bachelor's degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) and a minimum of 14 years of experience, or Master's degree with 12 years of experienceExperience as a Full Stack Software DeveloperDemonstrated experience in C, C++Proven experience with Linux OSWorking knowledge of the Agile development processesFamiliarity with Test automation practices and tools (Integration testing, Unit testing, Behavioral testing, ie. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
