About Us

At Squeegee Squad of Tulsa , we help local businesses put their best foot forward. We specialize strictly in commercial window cleaning, ensuring storefronts, corporate offices, and commercial facilities across the Tulsa metro area stay spotless and streak-free. We operate with a "safety-first, quality-always" mindset and take immense pride in our reputation for reliability and professionalism.

We are looking for motivated, detail-oriented individuals to join our commercial ground team. If you enjoy working outdoors, staying active, and want a role where your income directly reflects your hard work and efficiency, you’ll fit right in. No prior experience is necessary —we provide complete, hands-on training to get you up to speed.

What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)

As a member of our Commercial Ground Team, your focus is 100% on windows. You won't be dealing with gutters, roofing, or pressure washing—just delivering pristine glass for our commercial clients.

• Commercial Window Cleaning: Perform flawless interior and exterior window cleaning on commercial storefronts, offices, and low-rise buildings.
• Equipment Mastery: Utilize professional traditional gear and advanced water-fed pole systems to clean multi-story glass safely from the ground.
• Quality Control: Follow our signature system of documenting your completed work, including taking before-and-after photos to guarantee absolute client satisfaction.
• Professional Representation: Maintain a clean uniform and a polite, professional attitude while servicing active business locations.

What We’re Looking For (Requirements)

• The Right Attitude: A strong work ethic, reliability, and an eye for detail.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to work on your feet outdoors in varying Oklahoma weather conditions and handle the physical demands of a full active workday.
• Safety & Efficiency: The discipline to follow strict safety protocols while maintaining a steady, efficient pace.
• Credentials: A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record are highly preferred for operating company vehicles between commercial job sites.

Why You'll Love Joining the Squad (Benefits & Perks)

• High Earn-Potential Commission: Enjoy financial stability with an hourly base rate during your probationary training period . Once you graduate from probation, you will transition to a lucrative commission structure where your speed, quality, and efficiency directly dictate your paycheck!
• Career Advancement: Technicians who show promise have the ability to move up onto our high rise team once you've proven yourself.
• Paid Training: We pay you to learn the trade from the ground up during your probationary period.
• Laser-Focused Role: No bouncing between random dirty tasks—you are a window cleaning specialist, period.
• Equipment Provided: We equip you with top-of-the-line uniform shirts, safety gear, and professional-grade tools.
• Great Culture: Work in a supportive, active environment alongside a team that values your hard work.
