Role Description The Leasing Specialist is a part-time, on-site role based in Idaho Falls, ID. This role is responsible for greeting prospective residents, conducting property tours, answering questions, and guiding applicants through the leasing process. Daily activities include managing inquiries, assisting with applications, preparing and reviewing lease documents, coordinating move-ins and renewals, and supporting efforts to retain current residents. The Leasing Specialist will maintain accurate records, support lease administration tasks, and collaborate with the property management team to ensure a positive resident experience. The role also involves handling basic customer service issues, communicating policies and procedures clearly, and representing Bee’s Properties in a professional, friendly manner. Qualifications Strong Customer Service and Communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships and respond promptly to resident and prospect needs. Experience with Leases and Lease Administration, including explaining lease terms, processing applications, and maintaining accurate leasing documentation. Resident Retention skills, such as proactive follow-up, handling concerns effectively, and supporting renewal efforts. Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced property management environment. Comfort interacting with the public in person and over phone/email; professional demeanor and reliable attendance for on-site work in Idaho Falls, ID. Reliable transportation method Basic proficiency with office and property management software; ability to learn new systems as needed. Prior experience in leasing, property management, real estate, or hospitality is preferred but not required. High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in business, real estate, or customer service is a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr
