Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of CDL-A experience
• Minimum 3 months of flatbed experience
• No more than two moving violations (last 3 years)
• No more than one accident (last 3 years)
• No more than 3 job changes per year
• No positive drug results in the past - no refusal
• Medical card

Eclectic Logistics is recruiting flatbed lease-purchase drivers in Myrtle Beach, SC to run late-model rigs (2019-2020 Peterbilt, Kenworth, Freightliner) while progressing toward ownership. Drivers receive 80% of gross and can expect weekly gross averages of $7,500–$10,000, with a structured lease-to-own plan that can lead to ownership within a year.

Primary responsibilities:

• Secure, tarp, and haul flatbed freight across regional and long-haul lanes.
• Complete detailed pre- and post-trip equipment checks and follow inspection protocols.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch regarding schedules and issues.

Drivers are supported by a pet & rider-friendly policy, 24/7 support, equipment inspection routines, and a 90-day test drive.
