What we're looking for

• Leadership experience within restoration, waterproofing, façade, building envelope, or related construction services
• Proven P&L ownership at the branch, division, or regional level
• Fluent Spanish and English
• Strong business development and relationship management skills
• A track record of building teams, driving growth, and delivering results
