Assistant General Manager

Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Assistant General Manager to join our fast‑paced trampoline park team in Odessa, TX. This leadership role helps oversee daily operations, staff performance, and guest satisfaction while supporting the General Manager in maintaining a safe, fun, and high‑energy environment for our guests. The ideal candidate is bilingual, highly organized, and experienced in managing teams in a fast‑paced environment. Key Responsibilities Assist the General Manager with daily park operations Manage staffing schedules and support hiring needs Train and mentor team members to ensure excellent customer service Greet guests and help create a positive experience for families and visitors Monitor Park safety and operational standards Assist with inventory management and supply orders Help maintain a clean, organized, and efficient facility Step in to resolve guest concerns or operational issues as needed Pay will be based on job experience.
