Monitoring and Adjusting: Watch equipment during runs and make minor fixes or calibrations to keep output accurate. Maintenance and Safety: Clean work areas, perform routine equipment upkeep, and wear required safety gear. Record Keeping: Log production output, material use, and machine performance reports. Key Skills and Qualifications Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent. Experience: 1 to 3 years working with production or manufacturing equipment.
