What You’ll Get to Do:

• Test, troubleshoot, and repair custom radio products down to component level
• Work alongside operations team to manufacture custom radio products in support of customer deliveries
• Contribute to process improvement by identifying and communicating problems to root cause
• Collaborate across both operations and engineering teams to accomplish tasks

More About the Role:

• Conduct tests on custom designed RF and digital printed circuit boards
• Conduct tests on product subassemblies, end products, and multi-product systems
• Troubleshoot product, subassembly, and circuit board failures to component level
• Use a variety of test equipment and log information in a technical database
• Use hand tools such as long nose pliers, screw drivers, soldering irons, and wrenches
• Ensure that all tools and equipment are within calibration and expiration dates

• Ability to follow detailed work instructions and test procedures
• Ability to use your hands in a skillful, coordinated way to grasp and manipulate objects and demonstrate small, precise movements
• Bachelor's degree with 3yrs of related experience is required, or equivalent combination of education, skills, and more years of experience
• Ability to use Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:

• Basic knowledge of Electrical Engineering theory
• Electronics Troubleshooting Experience
• Ability to read and understand engineering schematics
• Familiar with basic test equipment, i.e. signal generators, oscilloscopes, power meters, and spectrum analyzers
