Location Burnsville, MN Primary Responsibilities Team Leadership & Operations Support Daily Dispatch Coordination: Support daily operations by ensuring drivers and monitors are prepared with routes, student information, and vehicle assignments. Coaching & Development: Provide real‑time, constructive feedback and ongoing coaching to reinforce safe driving practices and compliance with MN DOT, FMCSA, and FTA regulations. Training & Onboarding: Assist in onboarding new hires and lead training sessions on safety procedures, technology systems, and operational expectations. Employee Engagement: Foster a positive, people‑first work environment through recognition, open communication, and support. Conflict Resolution: Act as a trusted resource for employee concerns, encouraging transparency, collaboration, and solutions‑oriented outcomes. Qualifications & Requirements Industry Experience: Minimum of 3 years in transportation, logistics, or operations. Leadership Experience: At least 1 year of supervisory or lead experience supporting frontline teams. Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business, or related field preferred. Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with CDL requirements and DOT safety regulations. Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, including facilitating meetings and training sessions. Technology Skills: Comfortable using dispatch systems, GPS platforms, and workforce management tools.
