TDG Facilities, LLC is seeking a Facility Site Lead / Facilities Maintenance candidate to support a corporate customer located in the WEST PALM BEACH, FLORIDA area. Ideal candidates will be highly dependable, committed to being on site daily to support general facility operations, able to assess and complete basic repairs, and provide guidance and oversight to the dedicated facilities team. Qualified candidates will have commercial maintenance experience,including light plumbing, electrical, and HVAC skills, excellent communication, organization, and self-management skills. Schedule: Monday thru Friday 7am to 4pm. Ability to be on call for emergency repairs as needed.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Support day-to-day repairs in general maintenance, plumbing, and electrical systems as requiredExperience with HVAC is a plusAbility to manage light carpentry duties including painting, patching, drywall, man door repairs, etc.Oversee staff, assuring tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and properly.Support fire systems / life fire safety complianceSupport training of staff members on floor care (strip and wax, carpet cleaning, etc.) Maintain detailed and complete records of maintenance, repair, and testing activities.Maintain site supplies inventoryDevelop and maintain client relationships including participation in client meetingsManage work orders within a work order management systemManage bid for services Work with leadership to maintain the facility within approved budgetsEscalate critical tasks for added support when needed QUALIFICATIONS: Experience in Commercial Facilities Maintenance and supportStrong mechanical aptitudeStrong leadership, with servant leadership mindsetAbility to troubleshoot general maintenance issuesAbility to communicate effectively and courteously with a wide range of personsAbility to self-manage and perform each essential duty beyond satisfaction Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred (to support effective communication with employees, customers, vendors, and service partners) BENEFITS: Health, Dental, Vision, STD/LTDPaid Time OffPaid HolidaysCompany-match Retirement Savings Plan
