Job Description:Salary: $32,000/yearScope of PositionMaintain the safe, organized transportation of participants and staff via company vanProvide backup coverage for front deskEssential FunctionsSchedule transportation for participants via company vanSafely transport participants and staff to job fairs, city buildings, meetings, and interviewsArrive on time for scheduled rider pick-upsPrepare transportation paperwork for auditsMaintain a safe and clean vehicleNotify participants about the van shuttle service policiesCommunicate with staff regarding participants who do not follow the shuttle policiesProvide courteous and respectful customer serviceLog all shuttle schedule and van maintenance information in Excel databasesSchedule and coordinate required maintenance for vanDeliver or pick-up inter-office and customer documents when requestedAdhere to program policies and proceduresDocument participant contacts in case notes, as neededPerform monthly facility safety audits and assist with emergency planning tasks and annual safety drillsGreet visitors and answer telephones in a pleasant and efficient mannerOther opportunities as availableEducation and Experience RequirementsMust have a valid driver’s license and clean driving recordMust be organizedShould be an effective communicatorExperience in business environment preferredA working knowledge of Microsoft OfficeEDSI is an equal opportunity employer.
