The Role

The Front Desk Coordinator plays a vital role in delivering a positive patient experience and supporting daily office operations. This position is responsible for patient communication, appointment coordination, administrative accuracy, and ensuring smooth workflow throughout the office and other duties as assigned.

Key Responsibilities

• Warmly greeting patients and providing them with a seamless check-in process.

• Coordinating appointments and managing schedules to accommodate patient needs.

• Being the go-to for patient inquiries, providing clear information about our services.

• Willingness to travel between our offices as needed, bringing your expertise and positive energy to multiple teams.

• Flexibility when it comes to availability

• Handling administrative tasks with efficiency and accuracy, ensuring the smooth operation of our fast-paced office.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• A friendly, empathetic, and organized individual who loves making people’s days a little easier.

• Someone with a knack for multitasking and keeping things running smoothly, even on the busiest days.

• Ideal applicant would be available Saturdays 9-1. This position is part time and candidates can expect to work 15-20 hours a pay period.

• A commitment to providing fast, compassionate service to individuals in need of urgent dental care.

• Bilingual preferred
