Patient Experience requirements: AIDET, BSSR (Bedside shift report), Press Ganey goals 75% Hospital Specifics- Certifications: Chest Pain Center, Stroke Accredidation Hiring profile Requested Skill Set: Must have: ICU experience ( 2 years), Teamwork skills, New Grad RN support Advanced skills needed: Ventilator, IV Drip titration, Arterial Line management Procedures performed on unit: Intubation, Central Line insertions, Art Line insertions Certifications Required: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS Dress Code: (Required uniform) Navy Blue Scrubs Unit Guidelines/Policies: Please attach unit specific policies and guidelines.
