With 309 rooms and over 20,000 square feet of flexible event space, this is a great opportunity to join a dynamic leadership team and help reposition the property into one of the region's most sought-after hospitality destinations.We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales Manager to lead proactive sales efforts and generate revenue through group business, corporate accounts, and event sales. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, know how to close business, and love being part of a big-picture vision, we want to hear from you.What You'll Do:Proactively generate group and corporate leads and convert inquiries into signed businessRespond to sales inquiries related to sleeping rooms, meeting spaces, banquets, and special eventsBuild and maintain strong client relationships while continuously developing new accountsPrepare and negotiate contracts, proposals, and pricing aligned with revenue goalsAnalyze lost business and develop strategic action plans to maximize opportunitiesPartner with operations and marketing to ensure flawless event execution and guest satisfactionRepresent the hotel at networking events, trade shows, and client meetingsWhat We're Looking For:Minimum 5 years of hotel sales experience, preferably in a branded full-service or conference hotelProven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targetsExperience in developing strategic sales plans and identifying market opportunitiesExcellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skillsStrong understanding of sales cycles, revenue management, and customer relationship managementAbility to work flexible hours based on business needs, including occasional evenings and weekendsPreferred Qualifications:Degree in hospitality, business, or related fieldFamiliarity with Hyatt systems, Delphi.fdc, or other major CRM/Sales platformsLocal market knowledge a strong plusWhy Join Us?Be a key part of a high-profile rebranding to Hyatt RegencyHelp shape a new chapter for an iconic propertyCompetitive compensation and performance-based incentivesOpportunities for growth within a forward-thinking hospitality management groupApply today and be part of something big.
