This is a unique, dual‑track opportunity designed to accommodate two distinct professional profiles. Key Details Experience: VP Salary: $140,000 – $250,000 per year Tracks & Requirements Growth Track (Senior Manager): Ambitious leader at the Senior Manager level ready to take the final step into a Partner‑entry role with a clear runway to equity. Requirements: 8–12 years of progressive experience in public accounting with a track record of managing high‑performing teams. CPA certification required. Integration Track (Partner/Firm Owner): Established Partner or Solo‑Firm Owner with a portable book of business looking to leverage a larger firm’s infrastructure, specialized resources, and back‑office support. Requirements: 15+ years of experience, including current or previous partner‑level responsibility or firm ownership. CPA certification required. Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills, a “consultant” mindset, and the ability to build trust with both clients and internal staff.
