Engage clients in social and recreational activities to promote mental stimulation. Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare team members. Adhere to company policies and procedures while demonstrating respect and empathy. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications preferred. Previous experience in home care or healthcare settings is a plus. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to travel to client locations. Strong communication skills and a compassionate demeanor. Ability to pass background checks and drug screening. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. CPR and First Aid certification preferred. Knowledge of basic medical terminology and caregiving practices.
