Director, Energy & Infrastructure Advisory

Position Managing Director – Renewable Energy & Energy Transition Investment Banking Practice (Americas) Responsibilities Originate transactions and lead deal teams advising on investment banking transactions within the renewable energy and energy transition space. Execute wide-ranging deal lead activities and drive to close renewable energy project capital advisory and corporate M&A mandates in the Americas, including managing due diligence, positioning investment thesis, material preparation, and financial modeling for junior team members. Provide active leadership in long‑term strategy and growth initiatives and broad management responsibilities for the team. Contribute to new business development efforts and maintain primary client coverage of a significant portion of the firm’s clients. Qualifications Demonstrated management and leadership within the renewable energy industry and environmental finance. 10+ years of relevant work experience, including renewable energy finance, renewable corporate leadership, or investment banking. Established C‑Level client relationships across developers, investors, corporates, and other client targets. Strong business development skills and proficiency in financial modeling, accounting, Excel, writing, and PowerPoint. Entrepreneurial drive and preference for working in a boutique culture; intellectual curiosity and desire to lead within a specialized boutique. Other Information Base salary and end‑of‑year bonuses competitive with elite boutique and bulge‑bracket investment banks. Estimated compensation: 1.00 – 1.00USD per year (actual may vary). Location: On‑site – NewYork, NY with frequent travel. This position does not provide visa sponsorship; candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
