If you're passionate about technology, sustainability, and global collaboration — you'll feel right at home with us.Primary Job ResponsibilitiesSet up and operate extrusion machines according to job specifications and safety standardsMonitor machine operations to ensure consistent quality and outputAdjust machine settings (e.g., speed, temperature, pressure) to maintain optimal production conditionsMake repairs to equipment when necessary and replace all broken and/or worn componentsPerform routine quality checks and inspections using calipers, micrometers, and gaugesRecord production data and complete shift logs accuratelyLoad raw materials and monitor material feedFollow all safety procedures and report any safety problems to the Production Manager immediatelyCommitment to our continuous improvement and safety initiativesIdentify, label, weigh and dispose of scrapClean and maintain machines and work area to ensure operational efficiencyCollaborate with maintenance and quality control teams as neededFulfill the role as required in the documented quality system manual, directives and work instructionIdentify and resolve basic machine malfunctions or deviationPerform all other duties as assignedKnowledge & Skill Requirements:This position should possess the following skills/knowledge:High school graduate, GED or equivalent6 months of manufacturing experienceAbility to lift up to 50 lbs. standing/walking 8 hours per dayAbility to read and write English clearly and concisely.Must have the capability to correctly identify the different materials and productAbility to drive a forklift to move material and pipeMust be able to work with minimum direction after being trainedCore Values:Respect for peopleQuality mindedCore and Critical Competencies:The following competencies in which all employees shall have a satisfactory level of skills:SafetyInterpersonal skillsCustomer satisfactionTeam-orientedQualityEthicsPhysical Requirements:Walking – frequently 4-5 hrsStanding – 2 hrsClimbing – occasionallySquatting/Stooping – RarelyReaching – occasionally Lifting - up to 40# frequentlyLifting – 50# to 75# with assisted apparatus (overhead crane/forklift)Safety Requirements:The employee is responsible to comply with all company and government safety regulations and procedures.Must wear proper PPEContact person:Janet Gonzalez Human Resources Director View email address on click.appcast.io submit your application via the 'Apply' button.
