Perform job‑specific duties, including baking bread, decorating cakes, and making drinks. Be on time for all scheduled shifts and adhere to all company policies and guidelines. Cross‑train in each department, including Bread, Cake, POS, and Bar. Work hard and have fun while doing so. Qualifications High School diploma or higher. Fast‑food or retail experience preferred. Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask. Acceptable verbal English communication skills. Excellent work ethic and teamwork concepts. Enforce Health Department regulations and be ServSafe certified. Available to work at least 20 hours a week; weekend and holiday availability strongly preferred.

This position requires moderate physical activity, including lifting up to 50 pounds, walking, bending, stooping, kneeling, and squatting. The employee will stand and walk continuously, perform repetitive hand motions, and reach overhead. Exposure to extreme temperatures in coolers and freezers may occur.
