HR Compliance Coordinator Department: Health System Shared Services | Human Resource Administration Job Description HR Compliance Coordinator is responsible for reviewing and auditing HR‑related processes and policies. This position reviews HR processes and works with the teams to ensure they are clear, concise, and easy to follow. Audits are run on a cadence per the policies and provide written results to leadership on the findings. The role requires strong skills in documentation, process improvement, and excellent communication skills. The coordinator will work closely with members of the HR team on streamlining processes, compliance, auditing, reporting, and data visualization tools to ensure an effective, efficient, and people‑focused experience. The position also represents the organization to government agencies, suppliers, and other stakeholders, ensuring a culture of compliance and integrity. Minimum Qualifications High School diploma or GED and at least one year of relevant experience. Additional Information Location: Ackerman Rd, 660 (0242) Position Type: Regular Scheduled Hours: 40 per week Shift: First Shift Final candidates are subject to successful completion of a background check.
