As a key member of our leadership team, you'll work closely with our sales department, lending partners, and customers to ensure every transaction is seamless, transparent, and worthy of the Mercedes-Benz brand. Responsibilities Guide customers through financing, leasing, and vehicle protection product options with professionalism and integrity. Secure financing through a network of lenders while obtaining competitive approvals and favorable terms. Present finance, leasing, extended warranty, maintenance, GAP, and ancillary protection products to maximize customer value and dealership profitability. Structure, finalize, and fund deals accurately and efficiently. Ensure all transactions comply with federal, state, manufacturer, and lender regulations, as well as dealership policies. Work closely with the sales team to provide a seamless purchase experience from vehicle selection through delivery. Build and maintain strong relationships with lending partners. Review all deal documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance. Maintain high customer satisfaction (CSI) while achieving finance performance objectives.
