Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Shreveport seeks a Certified Rehabilitation Registered Nurse to lead patient-centered care on the inpatient unit. You will develop and implement individual care plans, coordinate with a multidisciplinary team, and guide patients toward recovery with compassionate, evidence-based practices.
