Clinical Operations Registered Nurse (RN) Well Infused – Functional Fusion™ Lounge Location: Waukesha, WI Help Build Something Extraordinary Well Infused is a luxury longevity and functional medicine clinic focused on helping people optimize their health through advanced therapies, personalized care, and exceptional service. We're looking for a compassionate, organized Registered Nurse who enjoys both patient care and helping a growing practice thrive. This unique role combines clinical nursing with light operational and office management responsibilities, making it perfect for someone who enjoys variety and wants to be part of building something special. Clinical Care Perform IV starts, administer and monitor infusion therapies. Support hormone, peptide, and regenerative therapy services. Educate patients and reinforce treatment plans recommended by our Nurse Practitioner. Maintain accurate documentation and ensure HIPAA compliance. Deliver a welcoming, concierge-level patient experience. Clinic Operations Help coordinate daily clinic operations and patient scheduling. Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies. Process payments and maintain accurate patient accounts. Keep treatment rooms organized and clinic-ready. Support workflow improvements and help maintain efficient office systems. Qualifications Current Wisconsin Registered Nurse (RN) license required. Active BLS certification preferred. Strong IV skills required; infusion experience preferred. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Passion for wellness, longevity, and functional medicine. Self-motivated, dependable, and comfortable wearing multiple hats in a growing practice.
