What You'll Do

• Provide urgent and emergent care to diverse patient populations in a high-volume ER setting
• Triage patients, interpret dysrhythmias, administer emergency medications, and perform procedural sedation
• Manage ventilated patients, trauma cases, psych holds, and pediatric emergencies
• Document patient care accurately using EPIC system
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient outcomes
• Maintain safety protocols, including infection control and emergency procedures

What You Need

• Ohio RN license
• 2+ years of ER experience in a fast-paced environment
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS, CPI
• Proficiency in triage, dysrhythmia interpretation, emergency medications, ventilator management
• Comfortable working in trauma and pediatric emergencies
