We're looking for an energetic, relationship-driven Recruiter / Staffing Consultant to join our Phoenix team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is motivated by helping candidates and clients achieve their goals.

What You'll Do

As a Recruiter / Staffing Consultant, you'll play a key role in matching qualified talent with leading employers throughout the Phoenix market.

Recruiting & Talent Acquisition

• Source and attract qualified candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, networking, and community outreach
• Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates to identify the best fit for client opportunities
• Conduct reference checks and coordinate employment onboarding activities
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive candidates

Client & Candidate Relationship Management

• Develop strong relationships with candidates and client companies
• Serve as a trusted advisor throughout the hiring process
• Understand client workforce needs and provide staffing solutions that create value

Business Development & Sales

• Support business growth through prospecting, client visits, networking, and outbound sales activities
• Present staffing solutions and workforce strategies to prospective clients
• Partner with local businesses to understand hiring challenges and develop customized solutions

Operations & Administration

• Maintain accurate candidate and client records within the applicant tracking system (ATS)
• Manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Ensure an exceptional experience for both clients and candidates

What We're Looking For

Preferred Qualifications

• Recruiting, staffing, customer service, sales, or account management experience
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging with new clients and candidates
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM/ATS platforms
• Self-motivated with a positive, solutions-oriented attitude

Bonus Qualifications

• Business development or outside sales experience
• Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred
• Existing connections within the Phoenix business community are a plus
