As a Security Officer Vehicle Patrol HOA in Calabasas, CA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Residential, and more. As an Access Control Officer at a residential community, you will welcome residents and visitors, verify access, monitor entry points, and help maintain a professional, secure environment. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to residents, guests, vendors, and visitors by carrying out site-specific access-control procedures, policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify visitor and vendor authorization, maintain visitor logs, and communicate access concerns according to residential community procedures.
• Respond to incidents, resident concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel as directed by site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of community entrances, common areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports and maintain professional communication with residents, management, and Allied Universal leadership regarding incidents and daily activities.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess at least one year of security-related experience.
• Provide proof of a high school diploma or GED.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
