Font Desk / Personal Lines Account Assistant

Job Description Seeking a dedicated and professional Front Desk / Personal Lines Account Assistant to join a growing team. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth front desk operations while providing support for Personal Lines account management. The ideal candidate will possess a Property & Casualty (P&C) license, have experience in a similar role, and demonstrate exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills. Compensation Package Salary Range: $50,000 – $65,000 annually Competitive benefits package, 401(k), paid time off, professional development opportunities, etc. Responsibilities Serve as the first point of contact at the front desk, handling phone calls and managing day-to-day administrative tasks. Provide support for Personal Lines account management, including quoting new and renewal business. Maintain and manage accounts ranging from $1,000 to $10,000 in size. Utilize EPIC software for account management and administrative tasks. Represent the company in community events and organizations, fostering positive relationships and promoting the company’s presence. Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations and exceptional customer service. Qualifications/Requirements Licenses/Certifications: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required. Experience: Prior experience in a similar role is preferred. Technical Skills: Proficiency in EPIC software is highly desirable. Soft Skills: Strong teachability and willingness to learn. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A proactive approach to problem-solving and multitasking. A positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
