CHB Entry Writer

Location: Peabody, MA Department: Customs Brokerage Schedule: Full-time | Monday through Friday 100% in office As an Entry Writer I in our Customs House Brokerage division, you’ll play a critical role in moving goods across borders while expanding your current knowledge of U.S. Customs brokerage. This is an ideal opportunity for detail-oriented professionals who want hands‑on experience in international logistics and compliance. What You’ll Do Prepare and process import documentation in accordance with U.S. Customs regulations Classify goods using the Harmonized Tariff Schedule (HTS) with guidance Monitor shipments and provide timely updates to internal teams Identify routine issues and escalate when needed to keep shipments moving Maintain accurate records and support compliance efforts What You Bring 1–5 years of experience in customs documentation Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established procedures Clear communication skills and a collaborative mindset Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast‑paced, regulated environment #J-18808-Ljbffr OCEANAIR, Inc.
