Qualifications:

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (BSN preferred)
Current RN license in the state of Texas or eligibility to practice
BLS certification (required)
Department-specific certifications as required (may be obtained after hire)
Minimum of 1 year RN experience preferred

What You Will Do:

Deliver age-appropriate, patient-centered care to neuro and pulmonary patients
Conduct comprehensive assessments and implement individualized care plans
Administer medications and therapies in accordance with physician orders
Monitor and respond to patient conditions and coordinate multidisciplinary care
Document accurately and communicate clearly with patients, families, and colleagues
Supervise and delegate to nursing support staff as appropriate
Contribute to a team culture that values collaboration, accountability, and continual improvement
