Associate Director, Activation Lead Digital Campaigns

Kepler Group is seeking an Associate Director, Activation in New York to lead a team of digital media professionals and drive performance across paid search, paid social, programmatic display and more. You will coach direct reports, guide strategy, and ensure campaigns meet client objectives with strong data-driven insights.
You will translate campaign results into actionable recommendations, partner with clients and internal stakeholders, and continuously push for optimization and innovation
